The new tools arrived at Montara on a Wednesday. They were unpacked that very evening and the first video recordings were made.

At that point, it was not yet clear that this spontaneous preparation would already prove crucial the very next day. On Thursday, a call-out followed: a customer reported a faulty forklift caused by a broken pipe. The situation was tense, as the customer was in the middle of a move and had only this one machine available.

Time pressure, improvisation and swift action – a classic case for the mobile hydraulics service.

Once on site, the real challenge quickly became apparent: the pipe in question had a diameter and a required bending radius that could not be achieved with conventional pipe-bending equipment.

Large pipe-bending machines are often designed for larger diameters and do not offer the necessary precision for small radii. It was precisely this limitation that would have meant the repair could not have been carried out immediately in this case.

At the heart of this operation is the combined bending and cutting device. It combines several work steps into a single system, making it particularly suitable for mobile use.
