General questions

You can use the enquiry functionality as well as the contact form to send us your enquiry. We will pass it directly to the right contact person and prepare an offer as quickly as possible.
For STAUFF customers
To receive an offer, you can get in touch with your personal contact person in the internal sales department. Of course, you can also send us your enquiry via the enquiry functionality or the contact form and we will pass it on to the right person. A STAUFF employee will get in touch with you immediately.
Do not hesitate to use the live chat or the contact form. If we are unable to answer your question directly, an expert will contact you immediately.

If a question can not be answered directly by the chat agent, the request will of course be recorded and forwarded to the appropriate department. The answer will then be given as soon as possible, e.g. by telephone or e-mail.
Our live chat is available for you at the following times:
- Monday to Thursday from 7:00 to 17:00 (EST/EDT)
- Friday from 7:00 to 16:30 (EST/EDT)
Of course, it can also happen that you as a customer have a question outside of these times, or that no chat agent is available during the specified times. In this case you can still click on the live chat button and a form will be displayed which you can fill out with your problem. We will make sure that you will receive an answer as soon as possible.
