This episode of the miniseries Improving Agricultural Safety highlights the economic and technical advantages of the STAUFF Form EVO tube forming system compared to cutting ring tube connectors and other connection methods commonly used in agricultural engineering.

The STAUFF Form EVO Tube Forming System is designed for hydraulic applications and offers an efficient alternative to welding, flaring, and conventional cutting ring fittings. This is one of the safest ways to connect two tubes together, due to the quick and efficient systems process of taking the precise measurements and criteria to compress the tube and adding a sealing ring and union nut. 

The tube itself is inserted into the machine once all proper material and size information has been input to the system. Clamping jaws secure the tube and forms drive the shape forward, compressing the tube into a special contoured shape. This eliminates the fear of tube cracks and damages. Once the forming is complete the clamping jaws release the tube and the system operator is now ready to assemble. A sealing ring and union nut are added with no need for oil or lubrication, which reduces the risk of system contamination. This helps create a secure connection for a permanent and maintenance-free sealing. 

The STAUFF Form EVO Tube Forming System offers internet connectivity allowing for system updates to occur quickly and onsite without the need to take it to a STAUFF facility. It also offers the ability to view all assemblies that have been made on the machine. Each machine is registered and the operator creates login details where they will be able to keep track of all the assemblies they create using the STAUFF Form EVO Tube Forming System. The details can be configured into reports and can be shared via PDF format.
